This installation revealed the sharp angles and the fragile net required to balance a woman’s need for autonomy with the human desire for partnership. At the same time, it was intended to give a window into what can be lost when coupledom is achieved. "Elbowroom" was displayed at the Festival Internacional De Arte Contemporaneo in Valle de Guadelupe, Mexico, in September 2016, and the Women’s Museum of California in San Diego, California, in November 2016.
